Learn about macronutrients: Proteins, Fats, and Carbs and why each is important for you to fuel up and get down.
Learn how to make decisions in real time in any situation when it comes to food. You’ll be able to decide if something is right for you - macros, nutrients, portion size and all.
Week 2: Navigating Grocery Shopping + Confidence While Eating Out
You will learn how to expertly navigate a grocery store & not only make the right choices, but also learn how to eat when you're out and about. Who says eating healthy has to be bland?
Week 3: Cooking Basics + Alcohol Intake
You didn't think I would just tell you what to eat and let you go, did you?
I'm here to coach you through how to cook with different fats, determine which spice combinations are delicious in any setting, how to pair items together, and make sure you feel like a boss in any kitchen.
We’ll also dive into alcohol intake (don’t worry, alcohol is always permitted.. if you’d like! Just because you’re on a diet doesn’t mean you can’t have fun).
Week 4: Water Tips, Fridge Organization + Relationship with Yourself
We will wrap up the first month with water intake recommendations specific to your body, fridge & pantry organization, as well as diving a little deeper into your relationship and mindset around yourself.

Can't seem to kick your sweet tooth!? I got you. This week we'll walk through making healthy sweet decisions that still satisfy your cravings.
We'll also be diving into social situations when you're eating differently than those around you.
Week 7: Mentality Around the "Cheat Meal" + Your WHY
Short-term “cheats": out. Long-term success: IN. We're here for the long-term commitment of creating a better, sustainable lifestyle - so during this week, we will be uncovering your WHY as well as your fears and limiting beliefs.
Week 8: How to Eat like a BO$$ + Listening to Your Body
We will be learning about your digestive tract and how to listen to your body. It's vital to know when your body is speaking to you.

Week 11: Time Management + Staying on Track
Life is hella busy and I FEEL that. There are so many variables going on in our daily lives, such as personal growth, professional growth, experiencing busy seasons in life, etc. We go through tackling all of these during this week.
Week 12: How to Handle “Falling off the Wagon” + Celebration
Let’s keep it real: we’re not perfect. Just in case you fall off the wagon, I’ll teach you how to get back on and tackle it like a BOSS.
And finally, let's celebrate everything YOU have accomplished.

How does this program work and when does it start?
Weight Loss for Go-Getters: The Program is currently open for enrollment - fill out your application!
Weight Loss for Go-Getters is a 12 week online group program. You’ll be given full access to the course modules, and given weekly meal plans and grocery lists. From the moment you’re enrolled, you’ll be onboarded to review the logistics of the program.Â
There will be ongoing weekly mentorship calls where we go over any challenges or questions you may have, and bi-weekly Meal Pre Calls. You'll also get added to private Telegram groups available to answer your questions, and a place for you to share tips and tricks you’re learning along the way with your fellow Go-Getters.
How is this different from any other health & fitness programs?
This is the program I wish I had when I first embarked on my weight loss journey. The program covers everything I’ve learned throughout the course of my life, combined with the philosophy of being a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
From being in control of your trips to the grocery store to your trips abroad, you’ll learn how to crush it wherever you are, and you get the added bonus of getting smarter about where you’re spending your money when it comes to food.
The beauty of this program is it teaches you to not only have the best relationship with food, but also teaches you how to have the best relationship with yourself.
What does the food and alcohol situation look like?
First things first: food is bae. Quality and taste of food is always at the top of my list. Plus, I used to be a food blogger. Your food won’t only taste good, but it’ll look good too.
What you’ll learn in this program is that ultimately nothing is off limits (and that includes alcohol). Grab your champagne because this program is about to be POPPIN’.
Do I have to workout?
Absolutely not, unless you want to! This program is specifically designed to create a sustainable, long-term relationship with food. It’s the most unique relationship out there - you have to do it multiple times a day for the rest of your life!
You’ll lose weight just through food (yes, it really is that powerful).
We’ll be discussing workout tips and tricks throughout the program, but your only focus during these 12 weeks is food (yum).
What does support look like throughout the program?
You will be a part of private Telegram groups throughout the program with fellow Go-Getters, and a 24 hour Q&A Thread Chat where you'll be able to ask any/all questions you have.
There are also weekly coaching calls on Zoom (if you can't make it, no sweat! They will be recorded and kept on file for you), and we'll be meal prepping together bi-weekly, so you'll have a chance to ask your questions there as well. Who says cooking needs to be monotonous? Bring your best beats and wine (if you'd like)!

All foods are included on this program.
The meal plans provided do include dairy and gluten. If you are intolerant, we will work on making substitutions together.
