Client A

1. How many inches have you lost on this program?

14 Inches

2. How do you feel when you wake up?

Before: Sluggish, immediately need coffee, I hit snooze at least 3 times

After: Energized; don't need coffee; don't hit the snooze button; no longer taking sleeping supplements either which is MASSIVE

3. What are your biggest takeaways from this program?

I can't believe how little I knew about what "healthy food" is. I was always wondering why I was having such a hard time losing weight, and I now realize I was eating SO UNHEALTHY. I also was so perplexed why I would eat "healthy" food and have terrible stomach issues.

All of that is gone now -- no more stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea etc. I understand portion sizes now. I was eating too much food that my body didn't even actually need. I also have the control.. I can say no. That was a big one for me - I no longer mindlessly eat, or eat because food is in front of me - I can say no.
